You apply online by completing the application form which includes approximately 20 questions. These questions are designed to build a detailed profile of your physical attributes such as your hair texture, any skin or health issues you experience, and your spending habits. In case we do not currently offer product testing, we invite you to leave your email address so that we can contact you when future campaigns are organized.

We ensure that our product testing group is very diverse, so that we provide our community of consumers with people who look like them. On the one hand, we have curious consumers, sometimes inexperienced, who seek to know more about our products and the world of natural care. On the other hand, we collaborate with influencers passionate about cosmetics and natural health solutions, who will be able to offer an expert point of view as well as practical daily advice via their social networks and personal blogs.

We meticulously choose our ambassadors based on the product to be tested and in accordance with the vision and values ​​of our brand. We have specific criteria to associate each product with corresponding ambassador profiles. To do this, we ask you to complete a detailed questionnaire. After receiving it, we carefully examine all applications to select the most suitable panel. For example, if you have dry skin, you will not be chosen to test a product for oily skin.
In short, we carefully study each application, taking into account physical characteristics (nature of skin or hair, texture, etc.), interests, socio-demographic data and any other relevant criteria.

After you have tried the products, we encourage you to share your honest and detailed reviews in order to provide accurate information to our community. You have the option to publish these reviews on your personal social networks, such as posts on Instagram, Facebook, etc., on your personal website as articles or in your stories. You can also take photos or videos to illustrate your experiences with the products, whether in situ, before/after or when receiving the products. This will send a positive message to consumers and your community, reassuring them that the products you have tested are effective.

2- If you wish to apply, you can complete an online questionnaire to allow us to better understand your profile (physical characteristics, interests, socio-demographic data, etc., if necessary).
3- If you are selected, you will receive the product at home as well as instructions for use to allow you to get the most out of the product and achieve an optimal experience throughout the test.
4- Test the product and evaluate each aspect of it (sensory, effectiveness, packaging, texture, smell, etc.) from the initial discovery to the final results.
5- Share your experience by posting authentic reviews that help consumers make informed purchases. Your comments help them find the treatment best suited to their skin and contribute to improving our products.

To become a member of our community and have the opportunity to join our product testing panel, it is necessary to register on our site via the page dedicated to the “Ambassador Program”. Once registered, you will be asked to complete a form including several questions aimed at defining your profile. We will then make a selection and if you are chosen, you will be able to participate in our product testing. Please note that only applications from mainland France will be accepted.

There are no restrictions on the number of accounts per household. Each account is assigned by name to a specific person in the household. Thus, it is possible for several members of the same household to have separate accounts provided that each person has completed the required questionnaire.

The items you have ordered will be carefully packaged in a package and shipped to the address you provide to us in France, via TNT.
